Our home appliance retail shop accepts returns within a specified time frame from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
After this period, returns may not be accepted unless covered under an applicable warranty or consumer protection law.
If the product is malfunctioning it should be returned within 24 hours.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Options:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Alternatively, the customer may be offered store credit or the option to exchange the product for another item of equal value.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items:
